Commission and fee rules
Per channel. Commission is a share of room + extras; card fee is a share of what the guest paid plus a fixed amount. When a channel reports its actual commission, that is used instead.

Taxes and goal
Santana: €2 per guest aged 13+ per night, up to 7 nights. Madeira VAT: 4% reduced, 12% intermediate. Check with your accountant.

A RoomRaccoon export saved as CSV. Columns are matched by name (booking id, arrival, departure, channel, room, status, total…).
